Terms & Conditions
These Terms govern access to and use of the Ailevare website and services.
1. Service
Ailevare provides CV analysis, AI-assisted suggestions, editing tools and PDF export. Features may differ between free and paid plans.
AI output is assistive only. You remain responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of your CV and for how you use suggestions.
2. Account
You must provide accurate registration data and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, infringe rights, or breach these Terms.
3. Plans and payments
Paid features (for example one-time PDF download unlock or Pro subscription) are billed via Stripe according to the prices shown at checkout.
Subscriptions renew until cancelled according to Stripe/customer portal rules. Taxes may apply.
4. Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer the service beyond legal limits, overload infrastructure, upload malware, or use the service to process unlawful content.
Do not submit third-party personal data without a lawful basis.
5. Intellectual property
The Ailevare platform, trademarks and software are our property or that of our licensors. You retain rights to your CV content.
You grant us a limited licence to host and process your content solely to provide the service.
6. Liability
The service is provided «as is». To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for hiring outcomes, ATS decisions by third parties, or indirect damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived.
7. Law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.

Guest sessions (product)
You can use Ailevare as a guest (anonymous browser session) to analyze or create a CV without registering. Each guest is independent: computer and phone are different sessions and do not share payment, CVs, or downloads. The session is temporary and device-bound. When you create an account or link email/password on the same device, we associate that session's progress with your user. This note describes product behaviour and does not replace definitive legal text.
